The features presenters of this webinar are Tad Campbell, MCN, RDN, LD from the University of Texas Southwestern and Umme Salma Vahanvaty MS, RD, CSP from Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

Tad Campbell is an Assistant Professor in the Clinical Nutrition Department in the School of Health Professions at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW). Tad is a member of a multidisciplinary ALS clinic where he works with a team of providers to improve the quality of life for people living with ALS. Additionally, Mr. Campbell sponsors multiple campus student groups, and sits on the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics ANDHII subcommittee.

Umme Salma Vahanvaty MS, RD, CSP is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) at the Neuromuscular Clinic and the General Nutrition Clinic at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). Umme has cared for children and young adults with neuromuscular diseases for the last 12 years. Umme Salma has been invited to speak at local and national conferences by the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy. She has contributed to several articles for the MDA Quest magazine.
